Order Processing And Shipping

Free USA shipping. Orders placed by 3PM EST are shipped the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all of your packages. Orders placed after 3PM ship the following business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect :) 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer Free Standard (first class) shipping. We also offer FedEx International shipping for faster delivery. You can see the cost and delivery timeframe for those at checkout. Please make sure that your address is written completely in English when you checkout so the system recognizes the address. Most of our international orders arrive within 1-3 weeks. Shipments to Canada and Australia arrive faster. Please note, You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. 

Saisea is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Saisea to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
US orders take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. UK, EU, and AU orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive. These estimates are based on the free/standard shipping options. For faster delivery, please choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout. 

I made a mistake in shipping address, can I change it?
Please send an email to customer@saisea.com with subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" as soon as you can in order to make a change to shipping address. Most of the orders will be same-day shipping, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible. 

Sizing

My wrists are very small/large, will the bracelet fit?

Saisea bracelets are fully adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes. They will not fall off if adjusted properly. Adjusting is very simple. With the bracelet off of your wrist, encircle one hand firmly over the edge on one end of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet. Bend gently and adjust a little each time. Do the same on the other side. 

Silver

What kind of silver do you use?
Solid sterling silver. Not plated.

Will my bracelet and ring tarnish? What do I do if it does?
Sterling silver does tarnish with time and sometimes wear. This is a chemical reaction that can happen when left unworn or when it comes in contact with certain soaps, lotions, or perfumes. Sometimes even a person’s own skin can react with silver. If your jewelry tarnishes, simply rub it with a polishing cloth or any household silver cleaner. You+Sterling Silver = Forever. The oils in your skin help keep Silver from oxidizing faster. So, wear often. If you have an allergic reaction to silver, stop wearing it and see a doctor. Saisea cannot take responsibility for any reactions an individual may have to any metals!

My bracelet and ring lost its shine. Why?
Because you love it! Silver scratch with wear. That’s good! The more you wear it the more it looks loved. 

Returns or Exchanges  

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at customer@saisea.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

You must return the items in unused condition. Saisea will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Saisea is not responsible for the items during shipment back to the Saisea office. The return shipping fee is carried by the customer. You will receive your refund on your returned item once it is received. Please note, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund or exchange after the return has arrived.
